I haven't been near this site in probably a year and a half.  Not sure why.  Well, it's the dead of winter (without anywhere near enough snow for my liking), and my group Myschyffe Managed and I are trying to figure out where/when to sing this next ren season.  We love the fairs, but have a hard time getting us all together at one time over and over again.  So we're looking for new talent to make us more flexible over the course of the season.  We're learning new music, and playing around with more contemporary stuff to augment the madrigals.  Patrons seem to like that.

CHANGE IS GOOD

So much has changed since the last time I have posted a blog.  I am happily unmarried and enjoying the new make-up of my group, Myschyffe Managed.  We now number 10, and are more mature and more polished and more unmanageable.  It's a wonderful thing.

We've just finished recording our first CD (Faire Play), which we will certainly have in hand at the Connecticut Ren Faire, which we will be performing at the first and last weekends of the faire.  JOIN US!  We'd love to reconnect with old friends and make new friends too.
